In addition to many years relevant experience in training and development each of our Master Class Consultants has Masters Degree academic expertise in a relevant field of human resource management. Apart from leading training courses each of them have experience in assisting clients get more from their training programmes and budgets. Enjoyed 20 years as a City partner prior to forming SCC in 1994. Simon is very clear as to the philosophy, which defines the Consultancy, and which he feels is responsible for its success.
Worked in HR in a major City law firm prior to undertaking her MSc in Training in 1995. Has a particular interest in training management systems.
Martin has worked in City Law firms for 25 years and has a particular interest in training needs analysis.
Worked at Linklaters prior to forming her own consultancy. Has written on knowledge management and the use of Professional Support lawyers.
Mark has extensive experience of in-house management of training function for major legal firms. Mark completed his MBA in 2003.
