As we expand we need to continue attracting people that share our culture and aspirations.
Those that work as part of our team have a real commitment to training and development coupled with a desire to develop themselves as professional trainers in the legal and professional services field.
There are a number of ways in which you might fit into our team.
If you are a solicitor or accountant and have real hands on experience of managing in a professional service context and an ambition to help others develop their skills you may have what it takes to become a workshop facilitator. The work will involve leading groups of solicitors or other professionals considering a wide range of management issues and skills.
Full training is given and not all those who apply are taken on. Qualities of a good workshop leader include confidence, articulacy, and experience.
We continue to develop our advocacy training sessions to solicitors and barristers alike. The main quality needed of our advocacy trainers is an acceptance that there is no one way of undertaking advocacy and that aspiring advocates must be encouraged to play to their own strengths and work on their weakness.
If you would wish to discuss the way in which you can contribute to our success please call Simon Coath for an informal discussion on 020-7386-9370.
