Paddy Barry's Personal Profile
Paddy is a solicitor who has extensive experience in the training and development of professional staff both lawyers and non-lawyers, in-house and in private practice. Paddy worked for a number of years in the City in two of the largest international law firms. Paddy is a member of The Industrial Society's financial and Professional Services Team of the London Business Group. She is also an associate advisor and has under taken work for their Management Development Team. Sectors in which work has been carried out include Government Departments, multi-national organisations, charitable bodies, retail, education and industry Paddy is a member of various Management Consultancy Teams in which capacity she advises organisations on identifying their training and professional development needs and together with the client devises, develops and delivers in-house bespoke training programmes. Paddy specialises in improving organisation, team and individual performance. She trains executives at all levels.
Paddy is a trained facilitator as well as being a trained coach. In addition she has undergone training in NLP and is an accredited Law Society PSC tutor. Paddy has recently been awarded an MBA specialising in Law Firm Management.
