All commercial people have to present argument from time to time.
Although they may be confident in expressing themselves assertively in most situations, many would benefit from reflecting on how they might plan to advance their argument in a more adversarial situation. To that end, our workshops use mock court hearings and scenarios to reflect on the dynamic of presenting argument. Courses are tailor made to meet the requirements of individual clients.
