Technical Knowledge: Litigation
Our expertise in litigation based training is reflected in a number of highly sophisticated and developed workshops on litigation topics. Issues such as drafting of Witness Statements and Statements of Case can be looked at in a less didactic fashion, with the emphasis upon experimentation and doing as opposed to simply being lectured at.
Very often we are asked to collaborate in designing courses to fit into clients programmes. A recent example of this was the design of a one day workshop on case management for a major national law firm that wanted the workshop to fit in with a programme of workshops they were running for their litigants people.
